For NetZero, we worked as an integrated partner since United Online has a lead agency.  90,000 Feet handled all aspects of the digital project from concept to execution to delivery.

NetZero introduced a Skype-like service that provided free long distance over the Internet, they wanted something epic to drive home the free aspect of the product.  So the campaign focused on NetZero being a “Defender of The Free World”.

We re-created the cold war rivalry between America and the Soviet Union and paid homage to 50‘s cold war movies like Stanley Kubrick’s Dr. Strangelove. They say commercials are little movies.  Well, these truly were since they played on cinema screens.  We also designed cold war posters, websites, and swag.
